In just the course of the first 24 hours since the site launched, we’ve received an enormous amount of emails from around the world from RC drifters who want to add their team, approve of the site’s goals, or would like to know how to get involved. We’ve received messages from places like Ireland, Croatia, Cebu in the Philippines, Turkey, and other places that, if it weren’t for this site, we would have never known how widespread RC drifting has become!
Speaking of, since we’re swamped we’ve activated an auto-responder for messages sent from the contact page. Don’t worry – we’re going through all the emails as fast as we can, one by one, in order of how they came in our inbox, so if you haven’t gotten a response yet, we’ll send you one soon enough =)
That said, we thank everyone so far who’ve made contact with the Network, and we’re looking forward to the continuing expansion and future standardization of RC drifting!
We had a few minor things to wrap up last weekend, not to mention the Halloween party-a-thon (if you celebrate it like we do) but the website is now live. We’d like to extend thanks and appreciation to all of the manufacturers, shops, organizations, and drift teams that have all signed on from the beginning. We are looking forward to more additions in the near future, as together everyone involved can help bring RC drifting to the next step and beyond!
